Information Security Program Manager

The Risk Department serves our global community by analyzing business, security, and operational risks across the organization. As our Information Security Program Manager, you will manage critical internal security projects, lead awareness initiatives, and help build robust security risk management processes.

With our work continuously extending across multiple areas from business to IT, we are actively shaping our information security and AI governance frameworks. Your expertise is vital in ensuring we maintain a security-first culture and stay ahead of industry risks while exploring global data-gathering possibilities.

In this role, you will:

• Manage assigned internal security projects, overseeing scheduling, resource management, and project data tracking.
• Develop and execute the Employee Security Awareness Plan, including running security awareness platforms and phishing campaigns.
• Drive the company's AI governance initiatives and support compliance efforts towards leading industry standards (e.g., ISO27001).
• Build, implement, and refine security risk management processes and controls.
• Coordinate penetration tests and track mitigation SLAs as part of vendor management.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and timely status analyses clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Your skills & experiences:

• Experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or Security Project Management.
• Hands-on experience owning security awareness programs, running phishing campaigns, and managing projects from A to Z.
• Exceptional structuring and communication skills, with a proven ability to align technical engineering teams with business needs.
• An independent, proactive, and analytical mindset mixed with the creativity needed to engage employees in security practices.
• Practical experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of key security standards and frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NIS framework, CIS).
• Holding relevant security or project management certificates.
