System Administrator (Mid-Senior)

In this role, you’ll:

Work on private cloud and remotely hosted infrastructure configuration, automation, and testing;

Take care of scaling our infrastructure;

Ensure that infrastructure systems are monitored, audited, and alerting configured;

Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and up-to-date with the latest patches and protocols;

Troubleshoot infrastructure related issues and outages;

Stay current with the latest infrastructure developments, and tooling available.

Docker;

Elastic/Grafana;

Ansible.

Your skills & experience:

Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and servers;

Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack);

Proficiency in working with container systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker);

Familiarity with databases, especially MySQL and Redis-like key-value databases;

Strong ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact work.

Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
 Nice to have:Basic experience with Python, Bash, Go, or other languages for custom automation scripting;
Experience with Kafka/Redpanda;
Experience with RabbitMQ;
Experience with HAProxy.Salary & Benefits:Gross salary: 3000 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
