Мы - группа аналитики отвечающая за ключевое звено логистики - «последнюю милю». Наша цель - используя данные и алгоритмы, сделать процессы доставки посылок до клиента максимально эффективными, быстрыми и бесшовными. Мы плотно интегрированы в операционную деятельность и напрямую влияем на улучшение рабочих процессов тысяч курьеров.

Вам предстоит:

  • Погрузится в процессы работы курьерской доставки
  • Моделировать и контролировать качество доменных данных
  • Участвовать в управлении командной инфраструктурой
  • Создавать, управлять и оптимизировать пайплайны поставки данных, контролировать SLA, развивать мониторинг и алертинг, обработка инцидентов загрузки данных
  • Участвовать в процессах финансового аудита
  • Оптимизировать логистические процессы: разрабатывать и внедрять решений для повышения эффективности последней мили
  • Разрабатывать и поддерживать BI отчеты, дешборды

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт в роли аналитика данных от 2х лет
  • Владение python
  • Высокий уровень владения sql (включая чтение плана запроса, оптимизацию запросов), понимание принципов работы распределенных БД
  • Опыт работы с оркестраторами пайплайнов
  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с Apache Airflow
  • Опыт с sql диалектами Postgresql, Clickhouse, Vertica, Trino
  • Знание git
  • Знание Excel
  • Опыт работы с GiS данными
  • Опыт работы с потоковыми данными/очередями (Kafka, RabbitMQ и т.д.)
