Мы запускаем новые бизнес-модели и процессы Ozon в странах СНГ. Ищем менеджера по развитию продукта, который будет отвечать за проработку бизнес-модели, операционных процессов и их финансового отражения.

Вам предстоит:

  • Прорабатывать и запускать новые бизнес-модели в странах СНГ
  • Описывать операционные бизнес-процессы: раскладывать сложные задачи на понятные блоки и визуализировать их
  • Определять, как бизнес-процессы должны отражаться в учёте и финансовых системах
  • Прорабатывать вопросы выплат, тарификации, чеков, компенсаций, претензионных процессов, товарного учёта и налогов
  • Много взаимодействовать с командами учёта, казначейства, ERP и разработки, а также с внешними партнёрами
  • Вести несколько проектов и стран одновременно, контролировать сроки и зависимости

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт запуска или изменения бизнес-моделей со стороны бизнеса
  • Опыт работы с финансовыми или операционными продуктами и процессами
  • Умение самостоятельно описывать и структурировать бизнес-процессы. Знание BPMN
  • Понимание учёта, финансовых и налоговых процессов
  • Опыт работы с 1С / ERP, системными интеграторами или в консалтинге будет большим плюсом
  • Сильные коммуникационные навыки: умение ясно излагать мысли и договариваться с разными командами и партнёрами
