Мы - отдел аналитики данных, отвечающая за ключевое звено логистики - «последнюю милю».

Наша цель - используя данные и алгоритмы, сделать процессы доставки посылок до клиента максимально эффективными, доставлять все 100% заказанных клиентами посылок, оплату труда для курьера максимально привлекательной, процессы на складах экономичными.

Ключевые задачи, которые предстоит решать:

  • Руководить группой из 3-5 человек
  • Развивать команду
  • Со стороны аналитики осуществлять поддержку проектов последней мили
  • Создавать модели тарификации курьеров
  • Совместно с командной финансов определять конкурентность текущих курьерских тарифов
  • Видоизменять оплату курьерам, чтобы сделать ее более прозрачной для курьера или для поддержки запуска прочих проекты
  • Осуществлять ресурсное планирование.
  • Создавать алгоритм прогнозирования потребности кол-ва курьеров на ближайший месяц

Так же:

  • Анализ и оптимизация рабочих процессов на сортировочных центрах для улучшения скорости доставки
  • Участие в создании и улучшении алгоритмов построения маршрутов для курьеров

Мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт работы в роли ведущего аналитика данныхнаставникаруководителя - более 1 года
  • Общий опыт работы в направлении аналитики данных более 3х лет
  • Высшее математическое или экономическое образование
  • Уверенные знания в работе с: SQL Python BI Gitlab Airflow Kafka Excel
  • Гибридный график: посещения офиса (Москва Сити) минимум 2 дня в неделю
