Вы будете

  • Анализировать работу чат-бота;
  • Решать проблемы пользователей (покупатели, селлеры и внутренние сотрудники), в среднем около 15-20 тикетов ежедневно на одного специалиста;
  • Заводить баги на разработку, выполнять SQL запросы разного уровня сложности (PostgreSQL), читать логи (Graylog);
  • Выстраивать взаимодействие с разработкой и смежными командами.
  • Проводить встречи, отслеживать договоренности;
  • Вести документацию как для команды, так и для первой линии поддержки (КЦ), прорабатывать задачи по улучшению продукта.

Нам важно

  • Опыт работы в поддержке пользователей от 2-х лет;
  • Уверенное владение SQL;
  • Умение читать логи и отчеты;
  • Знание кодов ответов web-сервисов;
  • Знание HTTP запросов;
  • Обладание системным подходом и способностью комплексно подходить к решению задач;
  • Умение задавать вопросы и "докапываться" до сути проблемы, слушать и понимать коллег и заказчиков;
  • Умение работать как самостоятельно, так и в команде.
