Привет! Это команда разработки бэкенда платформы коммуникаций. Ozon строит собственную экосистему корпоративных инструментов: мессенджер, видео-звонки, календарь, софт для переговорных комнат. Ближайший аналог - Microsoft Teams. В основе экосистемы лежат open source продукты: Mattermost и Jitsi. Уже сейчас мессенджером пользуется более 60 000 человек и проводится одновременно более 1 000 видеозвонков.

Наша ближайшая задача - встроить AI инструменты, такие как RAG для поиска по сообщениям и нативные чаты с агентами, в наш мессенджер. Глобальная - интегрировать отдельные инструменты в общую удобную и стабильную экосистему - сделать мессенджер основным рабочим инструментом.

Мы ищем ведущего Go-разработчика, который примет активное участие в архитектурном развитии наших сервисов, принесет экспертный опыт и новые идеи, который не боится сложных задач, готов разбираться в нашей платформе и помогать делать ее лучше, готов брать на себя ответственность за технические решения, а также доводить задачи от стадии анализа до раскатки на всех пользователей.

Наш стэк

  • Messenger: Go, K8S, PostgreSQL, Valkey, OpenSearch, S3.

  • Video Platform: Java, Kotlin, Helm, WebRTC, IPVS.

Вы будете

  • Внедрять RAG-поиск по сообщениям: построение пайплайнов индексации, работа с LLM, оптимизация latency.

  • Проектировать и развивать сервисы мессенджера (отправка/получение сообщений, хранение, поиск) с учетом нагрузки 60k+ пользователей.

  • Интегрировать корпоративные системы в приложение: видео-звонки, календарь и другие.

  • Оптимизировать и стабилизировать API методы сервисов.

Нам важно

  • Опыт коммерческой разработки на Go, понимание тонкостей языка.

  • Понимание современных подходов к проектированию архитектуры.

  • Умение писать чистый, тестируемый код.

  • Умение проектировать и разрабатывать различные API (REST/GRPC).

  • Опыт работы с PostgreSQL и понимение ее внутреннего устройства (WAL, pg_stats, shared buffers).

  • Опыт траблшутинга: от анализов логов и метрик до профилей и снятия трейса приложения.

  • Опыт работы с Linux.

Будет плюсом

  • Опыт работы с распределенными системами.

  • Опыт разработки AI-инструментов (MCP, Skills, RAG) и интегрирования с LLM.

  • Опыт работы с Java, Kotlin.

  • Опыт работы с Docker, Kubernetes и Helm.

  • Опыт работы с Nginx.

  • Опыт работы с системами доставки push-уведомлений.

  • Опыт работы с системами мониторинга и трейсинга: Prometheus, Jaeger.
