岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 基于公司产品功能模块（虚拟筛选、FEP 计算等）开展 CADD 案例研究，完成计算与结果分析;

2.收集并整理文献、专利数据集，撰写实验报告与案例文档;

3.在实践中掌握模拟体系构建与应用流程，积累项目经验，成长为 Junior CADD 工程师。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.硕士及以上，药物化学、计算化学、计算生物学、CADD 等相关方向;

2.了解分子对接、分子动力学模拟、自由能微扰;

3.具备良好的沟通与文档写作能力;

4.工作认真负责，学习主动，能独立解决问题;

5.要求base上海，线下实习。

加分条件

1.会使用常见 CADD 工具（如 Pymol、VMD 等）;

2.熟悉常用药物数据库;

3.有分子动力学模拟经验，跑过fep;

4.能用 Python 等编程语言编写脚本。
