1. 在CADD研发科学家的指导下，辅助推进大小分子研发和管线项目;

2. 进行新药研发早期阶段的文献调研和计算模型的建立;

任职要求 / Requirements

任职要求：

1. 本科三年级及以上，药物化学、计算化学、计算（应用）数学、物理学、计算生物学、计算机辅助药物设计等方向，特别优秀者不设限;

2. 对计算机辅助药物设计、生物学、药学、统计物理学等方向的一个或多个有基础概念上的认识;

3. 使用过Linux系统，知道基本指令的用途;

4. 能将关键的问题汇总精练，对简单问题有独立解决的能力;

5. 英文良好，善于沟通和表达，勤于学习和思考，有较强的主观能动性和团队合作精神;

加分项：

1. 有分子动力学或机器学习经验方法的使用经验;

2. 熟悉常用的大小分子药物相关数据库;

3. 使用过Schrodinger, MOE, Discovery Studio等常用软件;

4. 有使用python等编程语言书写简单脚本的能力。
