岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 落实并持续迭代公司及玻尔的视觉体系，包括 LOGO、色彩、字体、图形语言等品牌规范;

2. 负责公司官网、产品官网、活动落地页的视觉设计与前端还原跟进，保障品牌一致性与用户体验;

3. 承担技术图解、产品架构图、白皮书插图、解决方案示意图等信息可视化设计，把科研与技术内容转化为易懂的视觉表达;

4. 设计并输出产品介绍、发布会 KV、市场活动物料、社媒图卡、销售支持文档等品牌与营销素材;

5. 建立可复用的设计规范、组件库与模板体系，提升团队协作效率与设计一致性。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、数字媒体、工业设计等相关专业，5年以上品牌或数字产品设计经验;

2. 精通 Figma、Sketch、Adobe 全家桶（PS/AI/AE），熟悉 Web 与移动端设计规范、响应式布局;

3. 具备优秀的美学素养与视觉表现力，能独立完成从概念到落地的完整设计交付，投递请附作品集;

4. 有 To B 科技、SaaS、AI 或科研产品官网与品牌设计经验优先，理解技术类内容的视觉翻译;

5. 具备信息可视化、动效或 3D 设计能力者优先;

6. 良好的沟通与协作意识，能在多线并行项目中把控节奏与质量。
