岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责科学智能体产品（如实验设计、数据分析Agent）的愿景、策略及3-12个月产品路线图的制定。

2. 将科学家在微观尺度研发（如药物设计、材料发现）中的工作流痛点，转化为清晰的智能体产品需求与行为逻辑定义。

3. 深度访谈化学、生物、材料等领域的科研用户，并撰写高质量的产品需求文档（PRD）。

4. 与AI研究员和工程师紧密协作，主导产品从设计、开发、测试到上线的全流程，并对最终的科学产出价值负责。

5. 跟踪科学自动化领域的技术与市场趋势，确保产品竞争力。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备2-5年产品经理经验，有AI工具、SaaS或科研软件的成功落地案例。

2. 精通用户访谈、A/B测试等用户研究方法，能深度挖掘并定义核心需求。

3. 对AI/ML技术（如大语言模型、智能体架构）有良好理解，能与技术团队进行高效沟通; 并熟悉智能文献、实验助手、HPC等至少一个科研场景。

4. 对至少一个科学领域（如生物医药、新能源材料）有基本认知或极强的学习意愿，能理解科学论文和实验流程。

5. 具备出色的跨团队协作能力和项目推动力，能胜任快节奏的科研技术环境。

加分项

1. 拥有生物、物理、化学等STEM领域教育背景或研发工作经验。

2. 具备早期初创公司环境下的0到1产品构建经验。

3. 熟悉科学社区（如GitHub开源项目）或有过科研机构/工业界研发部门工作经验。
