1. 制定海外AI产品中长期战略规划与全球市场拓展路线，牵头产品定位、核心功能设计及迭代决策，推动产品全球化落地;

2. 统筹海外市场运营体系搭建与优化，制定品牌推广及用户增长策略，保障业务增长目标达成;

3. 洞察海外市场需求、竞品动态及政策法规，推动产品本地化适配。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上产品/运营相关经验，具备国内AI产品出海全链路实操经验;

2. 精通海外主流市场产品运营逻辑，具备从0到1搭建海外业务体系的成功案例;

3. 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与数据驱动决策能力，跨部门协作与跨文化沟通能力强;

4. 英语可作为工作语言，流利沟通与书面表达;

5. 具备较强的逻辑思维、问题解决能力及数据敏感度，对AI领域前沿技术与产品趋势有持续关注。
