岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责AI平台的整体产品设计及B端大型项目交付全流程管控，确保项目按时按质落地;

2.优化AI技术架构，主导NLP/LLM在文献分析、实验设计、数据处理等科研场景的落地应用，同步衔接项目交付中的技术适配需求;

3.建立AI+科研产品的效果评估体系及项目交付质量标准，持续提升平台核心竞争力与客户满意度;

4.参与产品核心界面及交互的设计工作，结合科研用户使用习惯输出设计思路，提升产品易用性。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，计算机与生化环材等基础学科的交叉学科背景优先;

2.5年以上产品经验，其中具备B端大型项目完整交付经验，有AI产品相关经验或科研行业案例者优先;

3.熟悉智能文献、实验助手、HPC等场景，理解科研用户需求特点;

4.掌握AI产品方法论，对机器学习、LLM、Agent等技术有扎实理解，具备产品从0到1或规模化迭代经验;

5.具备基础设计能力，可参与产品界面、交互等设计环节，熟练使用主流设计工具者优先。
