岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 参与生物数据（基因组/转录组/蛋白质组等）的清洗、质控、分析与可视化，支撑科研与项目推进。

2. 协助开发与优化生物信息学算法与工具，支持基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学等研究方向。

3. 参与生物数据集管理与数据库构建，确保数据的准确性、完整性与高效可用。

4. 跟踪领域前沿研究进展，完成文献调研与综述输出，支持团队科研选题与方案迭代。

5. 设计并实现数据可视化与报告产出，协助撰写科研分析报告与阶段性总结。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 学历要求：生物学、计算机科学、生物信息学、统计学、数学等相关专业硕士及以上。

2. 工具与数据库：熟悉常用生信工具与数据库（如 BLAST、GATK、Genome Browser/UCSC 等）。

3. 分析方法：掌握生物数据分析基础方法（如 序列比对、功能注释、差异表达分析、基因组组装等）。

4. 编程能力：熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（如 Python/R/Perl），具备可靠的 数据处理与分析能力。

5. 英语能力：具备良好的 英语读写 能力，能够阅读并理解生物信息学学术文献。
