• 5–10 years hands on testing experience in backend or data centric environments.
• Strong Python skills for automation (PyTest, requests, pandas, or similar libraries).
• Solid understanding of data testing, including SQL, schema validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with TestRail and Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing APIs, services, or microservices.
• Proven experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Ability to analyse logs, data outputs, and backend workflows.

Desirable Skills
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Exposure to big-data tools such as Databricks, Spark, or Fabric.
• Experience with performance/volume testing for data processing workloads.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI-driven QA tooling or concepts
