Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in scaling our robotic systems from prototype to production. You will be responsible for designing assembly and test fixtures, managing assembly and test flows, and collaborating with design engineers to ensure manufacturability at scale. Additionally, you will establish and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), build instructions, and all manufacturing documentation. This position requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, proficiency in CAD software, and experience with various manufacturing processes.
Missions

Profil recherché
- Experience with NPI is required- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, or Onshape) and GD&T
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning
- Hands-on ability to build and troubleshoot electromechanical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, injection molding, 3D printing, PCB assembly
- Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001) and statistical process control
