Your job:

• You take full ownership of our revenue strategy and its operational execution.
• You lead our current GTM / Revenue unit of 7 team members and are responsible for their professional and personal development.
• You systematically build a qualified pipeline, especially for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• You work closely with the management team as a sparring partnerat eye level and contribute perspectives on market dynamics, growth, priorities, and organizational development.
• You contribute to business development topics and support the evaluation and development of new market opportunities, services, or commercial models.
• You ensure that strategic initiatives do not remain on slides, but are translated into clear actions, responsibilities, and measurable results.
• You develop structures in which teams can work effectively, take ownership, and align around shared goals.
• When needed, you are also close to the operational side - especially where market feedback, pipeline building, or GTM sharpening require direct personal involvement.

Your profile:

• You bring several years of experience from a role such as Head of Sales, Vice President Sales, Commercial Lead, or Marketing Lead.
• You have a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, pipeline building, and the B2B SaaS environment.
• You understand complex, explanation-intensive products, multi-stakeholder buying centers, and longer sales cycles.
• You have leadership experience and know how to develop, enable, and align a small team around shared goals.
• You bring strong commercial judgment, executional strength, and a good sense for market communication and external positioning.
• You are empathetic in working with different stakeholders and bring a high degree of self-organization and self-reflection to your work.
• You see AI as an integral part of modern work and use relevant tools to increase quality, speed, and impact.
