Data Operations Specialist  

The role:

As an Onboarding Data Ops Specialist, you'll help new clients successfully transition to Pabau by managing data migrations, configuring accounts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish. 

• Input client data from PDFs, Word documents, and physical forms into Pabau’s form builder 
• Support the onboarding team in configuring client environments accurately and on time 
• Handling daily data tasks in Hubspot, Jira & Slack. 
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the onboarding process 
• Conduct introductory calls to understand migration needs and define implementation plans 
• Plan and manage data migrations from multiple sources (Excel, CSV, DBF, SQL, and others) into structured CSV formats for import 
• Monitor migration progress and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring transparency and confidence throughout 
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks based on deadlines and complexity 
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, organisation, and communication across all onboarding activities​​​

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Comfortable working with Excel, CSV files, databases, and large volumes of data 
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Previous experience in data entry, onboarding or customer implementation is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Hybrid work model (work from home) - 2 days from office, 3 days from home 
• 5 working days per week (15:00 - 23:00)
