What you’ll do:
Design and build scalable backend systems that power real-time interactions.
Take full ownership - from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
Help shape the technical direction of a growing, product-led company.
What you bring:
5+ years of backend production experience with Kotlin, Java, Scala, Go (Kotlin is a strong plus).
Experience in fast-moving startup environments, where things ship fast and ownership runs deep.
Solid hands-on experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.
Experience with AWS and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Bonus: familiarity with Rust, CI/CD, ML/NLP, or DevOps practices.
Extra credit: experience building or orchestrating multi-agent AI systems (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) to coordinate LLM-based workflows.
Bonus: hands-on work with agent orchestration or autonomous AI frameworks that enable tool use and inter-agent communication.
Strong communication skills and solid English - written and spoken.
