CRM & Retention Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled CRM & Retention Marketing Specialist to own and manage all email and SMS marketing efforts for a growing brand. Email templates are already built - this role is focused on managing, reviewing, and optimizing Klaviyo flows and campaigns, along with managing our subscription program via Recharge. This is a full-time, remote position that requires overlap with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse/cart abandonment, promotional)
• Review, test, and update existing email templates to ensure they are working effectively and performing well
• Maintain and optimize existing Klaviyo flows for performance and deliverability
• Plan, build, and send SMS campaigns
• Manage the subscription program through Recharge
• Update PDPs and homepage content for new product launches
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging for maximum engagement
• Monitor and report on email/SMS performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
• Strong understanding of Klaviyo flows and flow architecture
• Comfortable reviewing, troubleshooting, and updating existing email templates (design/copywriting from scratch not required, but a plus)
• Experience with Recharge or a similar subscription management platform
• SMS marketing experience
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Supplement/CPG industry experience is a strong plus
• Data-driven, highly organized, and self-directed
• Must be based in South America, or Europe and able to overlap with US business hours
