Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
- Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical guidance
- Execute retention/email marketing strategies
- Work within pod-based team structure, hitting monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience (non-negotiable)
- Shopify platform familiarity
- Retention/email marketing background
- Ability to hit the ground running - technical proficiency essential, not just strategic
- Fluent English (accent acceptable; professional, client-facing communication standard required)
- Latin America or South Africa preferred
- Must have strong US timezone overlap
