Office Assistant (SAPW) | NAFSA

This position is being recruited by Pakistan Single Window (PSW) on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). NAFSA is being established as a strategic national initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s agri-trade ecosystem through enhanced regulatory oversight, facilitation, and modernization of food safety and trade processes. The selected candidate will be part of NAFSA’s foundational team, contributing to the development of systems, processes, and institutional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to SAPW divisions, including document preparation, filing, and record management.
• Maintain inward/outward correspondence and assist in tracking correspondence and action items.
• Support meeting arrangements (venues, attendance lists, printing, refreshments, logistics) and manage routine office supplies.
• Operate office equipment (printer/scanner/photocopier) and assist with document formatting as required.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of office consumables and coordinate with CSW for procurement requests.
• Support general office discipline, cleanliness coordination, and visitor facilitation
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and information handled in the course of duties
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA’s mandate.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum intermediate education (twelve years) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (typing, email, word processing) and record-keeping skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant office support experience
• Ability to follow instructions, manage routine tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional conduct, integrity, and willingness to work as part of a team.
