Solution Architect & Development Team Lead — React / Node.js / SaaS Architecture

We're hiring a Solution Architect who will also act as our development team's lead - someone who proposes real technical solutions and then stays hands-on to help build them. This is not a role for someone who wants to hand off a diagram and walk away. You'll lead a small team (a Senior Software Engineer and a Junior Developer), make the architecture calls, and still be writing and reviewing code yourself.

We want someone who thinks in terms of solutions delivered, not hours logged - who's willing to go the extra mile when a project needs it, and who's spent real time at a well-known Pakistani software house doing both hands-on development and solution architecture work.
