Guest Service Executive - Gift Shop

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional and personalized manner, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

• Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, while following all cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain the outlet in a clean, organized and attractive condition in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.

• Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure all items are properly displayed, priced and presented.

• Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages.

• Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.

• Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine, service-focused approach with guests.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality/hotel

• Fluent in Russian or Arabic; good command of English is required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
