Duties
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecosystems Operations Liaison to join our team. This role will act as a crucial link between the Partner Programs team, Global Sales Operations, and Field Finance teams to expand our Ecosystems business. Your primary focus will be driving accuracy and optimizing processes within our Lead to Cash Operations and support partner programs
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystems Process Support: Act as a subject matter expert for the Ecosystems/Channels process, including resellers, distributors, MSSP and Cloud Marketplace processes. Provide ongoing support and enablement to key business areas (Sales, Sales Operations, Ecosystems, Finance, etc.).
- Process Development and Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes, develop new procedures, and streamline existing workflows within the Lead to Cash Operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Create and maintain process documentation so that it accurately reflects the current state..
- End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing and creation to post-sale finalization for partner engaged deals
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, sales operations, and audit teams to ensure compliance and governance of all active agreements.
- Automation and Efficiency: Drive initiatives to refine and automate processes, improving overall operational efficiency.
- Governance and Reporting: Lead efforts in process governance and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in all sales activities.
Your Experience
- In-depth knowledge of Partner Programs and sales processes.
- Strong understanding of Lead to Cash processes and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to identify and address process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with Partner Programs, Partner Sales teams is advantageous.
Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $80/hour to $86/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K. Magnit is unable to provide any visa sponsorship for this role.
