Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Talent Enablement Operations Coordinator - Contractor to play a crucial role in supporting the Global Talent Enablement team. Reporting within the Talent Enablement organization, this position offers a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to facilitate program planning, logistics, and administration in a dynamic, global environment.
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Your Impact
The Talent Enablement Operations Coordinator will ensure the seamless execution of talent development initiatives across the enterprise. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bridge program coordination, LMS administration, and candidate/participant support to drive world-class onboarding and training experiences. This role demands a highly organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills who excels at handling administrative logistics, coordinating cross-functional partners, and supporting global enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Logistics: Assist in the planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications for global talent development programs. Collaborate with program leaders to ensure smooth training delivery.
- LMS & Systems Administration: Execute administrative tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training materials are up-to-date and accessible. Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and facilitate training on LMS functionality.
- Stakeholder & Participant Support: Act as a central liaison between program participants, facilitators, and leadership to maintain open communication and resolve operational issues.
- Onboarding & Interview Operations: Support Welcome Day facilitation on a rotation basis (1-2x per month) and assist the Interview Center by greeting interviewing candidates as needed.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Talent Enablement Partners and cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with regional and broader organizational strategies.
- Records & Administrative Management: Maintain accurate records of program participants, materials, and feedback while managing essential operational documentation.
Your Experience
- Experience & Background: Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or talent development/HR roles. Familiarity with assessment/evaluation methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Suite and relevant workplace software applications.
- Organization & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with strong organizational skills, time management, and keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical work/military experience).
Compensation
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, this is the pay range that the staffing agency reasonably expects to pay for this position: $25/hour to $32/hour.
