Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and professional networks.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment MIS.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.
  • Support various HR projects and employee lifecycle activities.

Job Location : Electronic City, Phase I Bangalore

Work from Office ( 6 days except 2nd & 4th Saturday)

Candidate Requirements

  • 4 - 8 years of HR experience with MBA HR, with significant experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong recruitment experience only from Pharmaceutical, CRO, or Biotechnology organizations.
  • Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and talent pools within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRIS/ATS systems.
