B2B Revenue Operations

Description

We are looking for B3B Revenue Operations Manager to help grow Pango's B2B activity. You will own the systems, processes and data supporting Sales, Account Management and Customer Success across the customer lifecycle. Working with B2B leadership, Marketing, FP&A, Data and partners, you will help shape business plans, improve revenue visibility and support growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and data quality, and standardize workflows, account management and pipeline tracking across Sales, Account Management and Customer Success.
• Enrich target accounts with contacts, roles and direct contact details, and build outbound prospecting lists for sales and account management teams.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across services such as car wash, toll roads and Car Fleet, and surface churn risks within the existing customer base.
• Calculate monthly quota attainment for payroll, maintain commission models and prepare monthly and quarterly MRR forecasts.
• Own lead source attribution across Marketing, Outbound and SDRs. Work with Data Analysts on monthly MRR, churn, upgrade and NRR reporting by segment.
• Coordinate partnership operations and support business development initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive adoption of CRM tools and revenue processes, and onboard new Sales, Account Management and Customer Success team members.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring CRM architecture and workflows, using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Monday CRM.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription metrics, including MRR, ARR, ARPA, churn, NRR and pipeline coverage.
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail.
