We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and play a key role in building player trust and satisfaction across our global gaming community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for players, providing high-quality email support for everyday gameplay questions and sensitive or complex inquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information about Papaya’s products, features, and services.
• Handle player complaints and de-escalate challenging situations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to investigate and resolve complex player inquiries.
• Collect and share player feedback with Product and Support teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Customer Support experience (email/chat) from a gaming company.
• Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications, tools, and platforms simultaneously.
• A creative, can-do mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, fresh ideas, and teamwork.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
