Missions
- Overseeing the Operations Business Unit across all three markets (France, Spain, Italy) and taking full accountability for operational performance and financial results.
- Defining the Operations P&L strategy and driving its execution to reach financial targets, while building and executing the project roadmap.
- Leading and overseeing the operational pillars across France, Spain, and Italy, including Regional Operations Management, Customer Experience, Site Direction & Production Management, Sales Enablement, and Data Operations.
