Business Development Associate
Join Paradigm and Paradex as we expand our groundbreaking DeFi services across Asia. As a Business Development Lead/Country Manager based in Hong Kong or China, you'll be instrumental in scaling our businesses, leveraging your familiarity with the derivatives space and crypto ecosystem to enhance our client relations and market presence across the Country.
What You’ll Do:
Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
Business Development: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across Asia, tailoring your approach to meet client needs and introducing them to new Paradigm features.
Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries.
Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance.
Professional Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Market Coverage: Maintain active market coverage across key products and clients, ensuring responsiveness, and engagement aligned with business priorities.
What You Bring:
Crypto Passion and Expertise: Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, derivatives, and sales & trading workflows. Experience in electronic trading is essential.
Network and Influence: Strong connections within the crypto community and a proven ability to leverage relationships to meet business objectives.
Communication Mastery: Fluency in English and Mandarin with exceptional communication skills to effectively cover and service a diverse client base. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an added advantage.
Performance Driven: A clear track record of exceeding revenue goals and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Team Collaboration: Strong time management skills and the capability to work seamlessly with a globally distributed team.
