Account Executive

We are looking for a high performing Account Executive to help grow Paraform by bringing venture backed startups onto the platform. Our customers are early to mid stage companies that are scaling quickly and need better ways to hire great talent.

This role owns the full sales cycle, from discovery through closing new customers. You will work directly with founders, Heads of Talent, and hiring leaders to help them solve hiring challenges and scale their teams faster. Paraform is a Series B company with strong product market fit and growing inbound demand. While several AEs have already found success with different approaches, our sales playbooks are still evolving. This role is ideal for someone who can execute within what is already working while also helping refine and shape how we scale our go to market motion. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing inbound conversion with self sourced pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and network driven opportunities. You should be someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, consistently hits revenue targets, and contributes to building the next phase of Paraform’s sales organization.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 YoE in sales or growth/GTM at a high-growth startup

• 2+ YoE in a closing role

• Experience in an AE outbound-heavy (>20% SQOs) B2B sales motion

• Consistently rated top 5% sales performance (president’s club, quick promotions)

• Experience with consultative selling motions

Nice to have:

• Marketplace or Fintech experience

• Promoted from SDR to AE at the same startup

• Experience in a velocity sales motion (>10 deals per month)
