Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to drive business growth across the KSA or UAE market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cybersecurity sales/business development, with a strong understanding of IAM solutions and enterprise security requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for IAM solutions and services.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across KSA or UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Security Leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable IAM solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to opportunity closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.
• Work closely with presales and technical teams to develop proposals and solution offerings.
• Manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across cybersecurity services.
• Develop account plans for key customers and strategic prospects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IAM technologies.
• Build strategic partnerships and relationships with relevant technology vendors.
• Achieve assigned business development, pipeline, and revenue targets.

IAM Domain Knowledge

The candidate should have a good understanding of one or more of the following:

• Zero Trust / Identity Security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or IT security solutions.
• Proven business development or sales experience in KSA or UAE.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and IAM concepts.
• Experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and generate business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Ability to work with technical/presales teams and translate customer requirements into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the GCC business environment.

Experience selling or working with IAM technologies from vendors such as:

• SailPoint
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Okta
• Ping Identity
• ForgeRock
• BeyondTrust
• Similar IAM / Identity Security platforms

Existing relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, or large organizations in KSA or UAE will be an added advantage.
