Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in the UAE market to drive business growth for our Compliance and Risk Assessment services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and building relationships with organizations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities in the UAE market.
• Identify and target potential clients requiring Compliance, Risk Assessment, GRC, and cybersecurity-related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with technical and consulting teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging compliance and risk requirements in the UAE.
• Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in the UAE market with an established network of UAE-based clients.
• Experience selling Compliance, Risk Assessment, GRC, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related consulting services.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and enterprise sales cycle.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing B2B deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred

• Existing network across UAE enterprises, government entities, banks, financial institutions, or large organizations.
• Experience with UAE regulatory/compliance requirements and risk management services.
• Experience working with cybersecurity or technology consulting companies.
