Job Description

Cyber Security Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity solutions to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data. The role involves assessing security risks, developing strategies to mitigate threats, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. Role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to bridge business needs with security requirements to build a resilient cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact prior and during complex cyber security projects.
• Monitor solution adoption and ensure successful achievement of desired outcomes with the deployed technologies or services
• Provide proactive support and guidance to address delivery units or project teams needs and challenges.
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve solution performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and alignment of services.
• Act as a liaison between different project of delivery units, address concerns and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with delivery or project units to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews to strengthen the partnership.
• Act as a cyber security team advocate within the organization, ensuring that all needs and feedback are communicated to other DP teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies
• Experience in working with managing security services (running, onboarding, delivering service)
• Prior experience in understanding architecture from cyber security perspective
• Strong understanding of VAPT reports and prior understanding in building VAPT findings mitigation strategies
• Prior experience in working with UAE GRC policies and procedures
• Technical and solution knowledge on Cloud IT and Sec Technologies
• Strong knowledge of network, cloud and DevSecOps processes.
• Excellent understanding of data protection methodologies and technologies
• Hands-on experience working on complex projects
• Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of a project
• Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective
• Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
• Excellent report/technical documentation writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Strong presentation skills

• Strong verbal and written communication of English
• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Desired certificates: CISSP, CCIE, CCSP, SANS, TOGAF, or SABSA.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on architecture and design.
• Previous experience in highly regulated environments would be desirable
