White Label Broker Support Coordinator

Competitive Edge Lending, a division of Park Place Finance, is seeking a White Label Broker Support Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact and coordination for our white label partner program. This is not a traditional loan processing or Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) role - instead, this position bridges underwriting, our loan origination system, and our broker portal to ensure white label partners receive accurate, timely, and well-communicated support throughout the loan lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to help shape processes as the white label program grows.

What You'll Do:

• Support white label broker partners by coordinating loan information and status updates across underwriting, LendingWise, and our broker portal

• Accurately move and reconcile loan data between systems, ensuring conditions, approvals, and statuses stay aligned and up to date

• Serve as a responsive, knowledgeable point of contact for broker questions and communication needs

• Manage multiple loans, inquiries, and priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

• Leverage HighLevel (CRM, workflows, automation) and other tools to streamline broker communication and support processes

• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to support day-to-day work and improve efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing processes rather than simply performing them manually - help build the playbook as the program scales

Requirements

• Basic understanding of mortgage lending, preferably private lending, DSCR, or RTL (Residential Transition Loan) products

• Familiarity with loan processing, underwriting conditions, and the approval process

• Strong customer service and broker communication skills, both written and verbal

• HighLevel experience preferred, including CRM, workflows, and automation

• Comfortable learning and adopting new technology and software

• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support daily work

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills, including simple reporting

• A problem solver and self-starter who works through challenges independently before escalating

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, still-developing environment

• Willing and eager to help build better processes and automation, not just perform manual tasks
