Job Summary:
Responsible for daily clinical operations of the designated physician practice(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all clinical operations are consistent with policies, procedures and programs of line of business.
Education:
Must have completed an LPN program.
License & Cert:
Must be a licensed LPN. CPR required.
Experience:
3-5 years of LPN experience, preferably in a physician office.
Other Qualifications:
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers, electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.
