  • Coordinate with Project Controls, Commercial, Design, Construction, Quality and Document Control teams to align contractual, schedule, cost, risk and technical information.
  • Monitor the status of design development, construction coordination, approvals, interfaces and project deliverables.
  • Maintain effective records of instructions, notices, approvals, determinations, claims, variations, payments and other contractual matters.
  • Oversee the contract risk register and ensure that emerging contractual, commercial, technical and delivery risks are identified and addressed.
  • Support the resolution of disputes through negotiation, escalation, dispute avoidance and formal dispute resolution procedures where required.

  • Serve as the senior contractual and technical point of contact for the Client, Delivery Partner, Contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary Engineer’s team, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support contract close-out, including completion certification, defects management, final account settlement, release of securities and archiving of project records.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
