Partly is an automotive software company that builds data and commerce infrastructure for the vehicle parts supply chain. Its platform maps parts catalogues to vehicles and connects collision repairers, workshops, parts distributors and manufacturers so that they can identify, price and order the correct parts with less manual work. The company operates in New Zealand, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom and is headquartered in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Note: Partly is headquartered in Austin, TX with offices in London, UK, Christchurch, NZ and Auckland, NZ. Wherever you're based, we'll connect you with your nearest office for onboarding, and fly you to join the full team for our quarterly "Season Openers" (we cover travel and accommodation). If you're relocating to join us, we can also assist with relocation costs.

Our Story

Partly is building the infrastructure for anyone to repair anything. We believe everything built should be repairable, and we're building frontier AI to put repair knowledge to work, starting with the $2tn automotive market.

Our model, Interpreter, is the first AI purpose-built to understand repair. Trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts, it reads a repair job the way an estimator does, resolves damage into the exact purchasable part, and shows its reasoning with a confidence score. On real production jobs, an estimator working with Interpreter reaches 98.8% parts-list accuracy, against 92.1% with today's tools. It powers PartlyRepair, used by collision shops, workshops and suppliers to take the admin off the job; PartlyLabs, the agentic infrastructure enterprises use to deploy Interpreter across their own workflows; and a developer API.

Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we've raised a $50m Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify), with Blackbird Ventures, WNDR, Activant Capital, Icehouse Ventures, Square Peg, Airtree and Ecliptic Venture Capital. Hear it from the team: Why Partly exists and AI at Partly.

This role

As Partly's Account Manager, MSO, you'll own our relationship with our multi-site operator (MSO) customers in the US. This is a hands-on enterprise account role, built around getting PartlyRepair AI into daily use across hundreds of collision shops.

Once we are on site, it's yours: onboarding, training and weekly usage across the pilot sites, proving the value site by site, and turning a pilot into a network-wide rollout. You'll work with estimators, shop managers, parts buyers and regional leadership, and you'll speak their language because you've done the job.

Why join now: Partly closed a $50M Series B led by DST Global and is scaling fast across the US, UK and Australasia, in a $1.9 trillion industry that modern software has barely touched. You'd be early, close to the founders, and given real ownership from day one.

If you've written estimates in a busy collision shop and know exactly where the admin eats the day, this role is built for you.

What will you do

  • Run the pilot to a clear result. Own onboarding, training and weekly usage across the pilot sites. Agree success measures with the customer up front and report against them every week.

  • Win the shop floor. Spend real time on site with estimators and parts staff. Find what slows them down, fix it with our team, and make Partly part of how every job gets written and sourced.

  • Expand from pilot to network. Build the case for rollout using the customer's own numbers, then plan and run the rollout region by region.

  • Resolve issues to ground. Take every problem from first report to root cause and fix, working directly with Product and Engineering rather than passing tickets on.

  • Be the voice of the MSO internally. Bring structured feedback on estimating, parts and workflow into product decisions, and shape the playbook for our next MSO customers.

  • Lead with data. Track adoption, jobs, sourcing outcomes and account health across every site, and act on what the numbers show.

Your skills

  • Collision estimating experience in the US, ideally at an MSO. You know estimating systems, parts procurement and how a shop's throughput works.

  • Customer-facing ownership. You've owned outcomes for customers or sites, whether as an estimator lead, shop manager, CSM or account manager.

  • Credible at every level. As comfortable with an estimator at the bench as with a regional VP in a quarterly review.

  • Hands-on operator. You pull your own data, run your own account reviews, and fix the problem rather than escalate it.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity. This is a first-of-its-kind account for us, and you'll build the process as you go.

  • (Bonus) Experience with the estimating and parts platforms used by US collision repairers.

  • (Bonus) Experience at a B2B software company selling into collision repair.

Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many people count themselves out. We'd love the chance to learn more about you and why you're exceptional.

  • We Celebrate Together - From weekly happy hours and monthly lunches to quarterly season openers and an annual global offsite, we make time to connect, celebrate, and have fun as one team.

  • Giving - We support charitable giving and will top up your donation by 33% for charities on the GiveWell list
