Tu seras responsable de la fiabilité de la paie et de l'administration du personnel, de l'automatisation des processus avec l'IA, de la conformité, de la formation des managers et de l'accompagnement des salariés. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Finance, les PEX et les managers, et tu reporteras directement à la Head of People Operations.
Missions
- Piloter la préparation de la paie sur l'ensemble des entités (France, Espagne, EOR Suisse) et sécuriser les réconciliations complexes avec Finance.
- Identifier les tâches répétitives à fort volume, concevoir les workflows agentiques qui les absorbent et mesurer le temps réellement gagné.
- Préparer les registres obligatoires (BDESE, DUERP, PAPRIPACT) et les déclarations (Index Egapro, Action Logement, taxe d'apprentissage, DOETH).
