  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
  • Participate in in-store recognition programs, contests, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding team performance.
  • Delegate and ensure completion of store tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assume store opening and closing duties in the absence of store management.
  • Coach and train new or junior store staff.
  • Support enforcement of audit compliance, inventory control, and company standards.
  • Execute daily shipping/receiving tasks, including returns processing and related documentation.
  • Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards and maintain a safe work environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Recommend maintenance or repairs for store and delivery vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Passion for automobiles, coupled with strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 1-3 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Familiar with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (provided upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is an asset.

Compensation

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs
  • Performance incentives
  • Other perks to support your well-being
