Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM Developer to lead the architecture, customization, and maintenance of our complex CRM ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the technical authority, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and robust technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and internal IT teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement complex customizations within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to streamline business processes and enhance user productivity.
- Develop and maintain high-performance server-side logic using C# and .NET to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise application stack.
- Design and execute sophisticated data migration and synchronization strategies using SSIS and KingswaySoft to maintain data integrity across disparate systems.
- Optimize client-side interactions by engineering efficient JavaScript solutions that improve interface responsiveness and user experience.
- Manage and troubleshoot On-Premise infrastructure deployments, ensuring system stability, security compliance, and high availability for mission-critical operations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated mastery in architecting and deploying large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of the On-Premise architecture and its specific configuration requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET development, coupled with the ability to write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Expert-level capability in data integration and ETL processes, specifically utilizing SSIS and KingswaySoft to handle complex data mapping and migration tasks.
- Strong command of JavaScript for advanced client-side scripting and UI/UX enhancements within the CRM platform.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline, proactive project management, and seamless collaboration with distributed global teams.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by a track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
