Pass the Keys is a London property management company founded in 2015 that manages short-let rentals for homeowners. Its technology handles dynamic pricing, multi-channel listings and cleaning logistics, delivered through a franchise network across British cities. The company combines a software platform with local operators.

Pass the Keys is the UK’s leading full-service short-let and holiday-let management company, simplifying property hosting for homeowners since 2015. Our mission is to empower homeowners by delivering a hassle-free hosting experience while ensuring an exceptional guest stay.
