Responsabilités principales

Finance

  • Préparer et suivre la documentation financière conformément aux politiques de PATH.
  • Élaborer des budgets détaillés et rapports financiers pour les activités.
  • Initier et suivre les paiements fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la gestion de la petite caisse et des avances.
  • Classer et archiver les documents comptables.

Logistique

  • Planifier et coordonner les ateliers, réunions et missions terrain.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe des achats pour l’acquisition de biens et services.
  • Organiser les déplacements et réservations.
  • Superviser la logistique lors des événements.
  • Gérer les stocks et assurer l’entretien des véhicules.

Administration

  • Appuyer le Coordinateur Régional MNCH et le Ministère de la Santé.
  • Coordonner les tâches administratives avec les équipes projet.
  • Participer au suivi des activités et rédiger les comptes rendus.
  • Fournir un appui administratif aux missions et conférences.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, gestion, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une ONG internationale ou entité financière.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe multi-sites avec supervision minimale.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, rédactionnelles et de communication.
  • Maîtrise du français écrit et oral exigée.
  • Niveau avancé d’anglais souhaité.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams et Outlook.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager.
