BT/RBT- Henniker, NH - School District - Full-Time

Employer: Granite State ABA Services, LLC (a Patterns Behavioral Services Company)

Pay: $24-$26/hour

Schedule: Full time

Setting: School-based services in Henniker

Clients: Children and young adults ages 2-21

Help students build communication, independence, and other skills during the school day. You’ll provide one-to-one ABA support under the supervision of a licensed BCBA and work with the school and clinical teams to follow each student’s plan.

What you’ll do

• Implement treatment goals and behavioral strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Help students practice new skills and use replacement behaviors identified in their plans.
• Collect data during sessions and complete required documentation.
• Communicate with the BCBA and school team about student progress.
• Attend required team meetings and training.

What we’re looking for

• An interest in working with children and young adults with autism or other behavioral support needs.
• The ability to follow individualized plans and document services accurately.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites; travel within the service area may be required.
• Reliable internet access for required remote meetings or documentation; a work iPad is provided.

Requirements

• RBT certification is preferred; training is available for BT candidates
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Transportation and valid insurance
