What You’ll Do:
- Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home
- Collect ongoing data on client’s programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Support with daily living and personal care routines-including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills-using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Experience working with children (personal/professional)
- WA state driver's license
- Insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to Lynnwood for training
- Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients
- Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs
Ideal Candidates:
- Individuals who love working with children
- Bilingual? AWESOME!
- Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
- Experience in ABA
- Teacher aides or Paraeducators (we have part-time hours available after school)
- Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers
- Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
