About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable business applications, automation workflows, dashboards, and integrations using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on transforming business processes through automation, analytics, and modern cloud technologies.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build solutions that:

What You’ll Own

Power BI & Business Intelligence

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards.
• Build scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Develop KPI dashboards across operations, finance, HR, and leadership.
• Optimize dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and usability.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance, and reporting best practices.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics and visualizations.

Power Automate & Workflow Automation

• Build advanced workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.
• Develop approval workflows, notifications, alerts, and operational automations.
• Integrate Microsoft services with third-party applications using APIs and custom connectors.
• Automate repetitive business processes to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain workflow reliability.

Power Apps Development

• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Build internal business applications using Dataverse.
• Improve business processes through user-friendly applications.
• Enhance operational visibility and workflow efficiency.
• Support application maintenance and continuous improvement.

Azure Integrations & API Development

• Develop Azure Functions and cloud-based automation.
• Build secure REST API and webhook integrations.
• Connect Microsoft platforms with external business systems.
• Design scalable and reliable cloud workflows.
• Ensure integrations follow security and governance best practices.

Microsoft Teams & Collaboration

• Build Microsoft Teams automations and integrations.
• Create approval workflows, adaptive cards, notifications, and collaboration tools.
• Improve communication and operational coordination through automation.
• Enhance productivity across Microsoft 365 environments.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain documentation for:
• Workflows
