GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist - CRM, Email & Social Media

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours (PST Preferred)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a GoHighLevel Marketing Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day marketing execution, CRM workflows, email campaigns, social media, and operational coordination.

This is a hands-on execution role - not a strategy-only position. You’ll work directly inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage automations, pipelines, nurture sequences, and lead follow-ups while also supporting content, social media, and broader business operations.

What You’ll Own

GoHighLevel CRM & Marketing Automation

• Build, manage, and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Create and maintain:
• CRM automations
• Nurture sequences
• Email campaigns
• Follow-up workflows
• Lead pipelines
• Maintain clean and accurate contact and pipeline records
• Ensure leads and customers receive timely communication
• Monitor workflows for errors, missed follow-ups, or automation gaps
• Support funnels and outreach campaigns from setup through execution

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

• Build and execute email campaigns within GoHighLevel
• Manage automated lead nurture and follow-up sequences
• Organize audience and contact data
• Monitor campaign execution and engagement
• Ensure leads move through the appropriate CRM stages
• Improve follow-up consistency across marketing and sales workflows

Social Media & Content Execution

• Create, schedule, and publish content across:
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Online communities
• Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels
• Track engagement and maintain performance reports
• Support promotional and advertising campaign execution

Content Creation & Digital Assets

• Create and edit:
• Short-form videos
• Social media clips
• Graphics
• Marketing assets
• Use tools such as:
• Canva
• Veed
• Opus Clips
• Format and organize:
• Guides
• Scripts
• Workbooks
• Program materials
• Maintain consistent branding and organization across digital assets

Operational & Executive Support

• Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day operational workflows
• Maintain task trackers, project workflows, and documentation
• Support leadership with execution and follow-through
• Keep files, records, and communication systems organized
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements

Program & Membership Operations

• Maintain digital program and membership materials
• Support participant onboarding and communication
• Track member progress and follow-ups
• Troubleshoot minor platform and workflow issues
• Ensure participant and membership processes run smoothly

Lead Generation & Research

• Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
• Build prospect lists and outreach databases
• Support lead generation and outreach campaigns
• Assist with basic website updates and account setup
• Conduct operational and marketing research
• Compile structured reports and insights for leadership

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience with:
• CRM management

• Email campaigns

• Experience with social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Familiarity with content tools such as Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips
• Strong written English communication
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability during U.S. PST business hours

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You may start by reviewing GoHighLevel pipelines and automations to make sure leads and follow-ups are moving correctly. From there, you could build an email campaign, update CRM records, schedule social content, and respond to community messages.

Throughout the day, you may edit short-form content, support participant onboarding, conduct prospect research, organize operational tasks, and coordinate with leadership on priorities.

In short: you keep GoHighLevel, marketing campaigns, content, CRM workflows, and operational execution organized and moving every day.
