Marketing Account Manager - Email Marketing, Client Success & Campaign Operations

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate marketing execution across multiple accounts.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while overseeing email marketing, website updates, SEO support, analytics, reporting, and campaign coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with agency or client-facing marketing experience who is highly organized, communicates confidently, and knows how to keep multiple campaigns and stakeholders moving forward.

What You’ll Own

Client & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage communication through email, Slack, WhatsApp, and video calls
• Lead client meetings, updates, and strategy check-ins
• Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders
• Turn client feedback into clear priorities and action items

Email Marketing

• Build and manage campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
• Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and campaign messaging
• Manage segmentation, scheduling, testing, and campaign launches
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance

Website, SEO & Content

• Manage website and content updates through WordPress
• Coordinate landing pages and campaign-related website changes
• Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis using Ahrefs or Semrush
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and optimization opportunities

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign reporting tools
• Prepare clear, client-friendly performance reports
• Translate data into actionable recommendations
• Maintain visibility into account health, campaigns, and deliverables

Campaign & Workflow Coordination

• Coordinate priorities across clients, leadership, and marketing teams
• Track deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups
• Keep multiple client accounts organized and on schedule
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve research, content, reporting, and workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing account management, agency, or client-facing marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp
• Experience managing or updating WordPress websites
• Familiarity with Ahrefs or Semrush
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills
• Strong organization, project management, and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• HubSpot or Klaviyo experience
• Canva or Adobe Express
• Google Ads or Meta Ads exposure
• Experience working with executive-level or high-profile clients
• Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience
