Your Mission: Turn large amount of accounts into one scalable system!
As a Customer Success Manager on our Project Planning team, you'll own the customer journey from contract signing through go-live to early adoption for voize's smallest customer segment. You'll manage this portfolio as a pool: building the processes, playbooks, and HubSpot systems that let a small team responsibly and efficiently run a large number of accounts.
Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Run the pool, not just the inbox: Triage the team's shared inbox by urgency and impact rather than order of arrival, making sure the customers who need it most get attention first.
Own the signing-to-training-delivered journey: Make sure every customer, for every product, has clear, tracked milestones and dates from contract signing to go-live-and that nothing slips through unnoticed.
Build and improve the system, not just operate it: Continuously assess what data and event logs the team needs in HubSpot, close the gaps, and turn manual tracking into automated views and alerts.
Design for scale: Create templates, playbooks, and automations so the pool can grow to more accounts without headcount growing at the same rate.
Drive adoption beyond go-live: Monitor usage across the portfolio and run lightweight, scalable interventions for accounts that go live but don't fully adopt voize.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with CSMs, Sales/Account Executives, Support, and Solutions Engineering to unblock customers and keep the journey smooth.
Shape the long-term model: Contribute to voize's roadmap for making parts of this segment self-service over time.
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
A systems and process mindset: You default to "how do we make this scale for many accounts" rather than solving each case one at a time.
Strong logical and analytical thinking: You're comfortable spotting patterns, gaps, and risks in data and turning them into simple, workable processes.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred): You're comfortable working with properties, workflows, and reports-and improving them, not just using them.
Prioritization instinct: You can manage a high volume of accounts and requests without becoming purely reactive.
Customer Success, Support, or Operations experience is a plus, but we care more about your ability to think clearly about efficiency and process than about years of CS experience specifically.
Fluent in German (C1), to support our German customer base, and a good command of English.
Based in Germany, full-time.
